My work email is not at my organisation’s domain

Plenty of nonprofits run on a shared platform, or use a different domain for mail than for their website. We can verify you another way — by a DNS record, by a file on your website, or by hand. Tell us which organisation you work for and we will set it up.

I did not get the link

Check your junk folder first — we are a new sender and some filters hold the first message. Links expire, so ask for a fresh one rather than using an old email. If nothing arrives at all, your mail system may be blocking us; tell us and we will check from our side.
